    Caught this 24 lb. channel cat on cut perch along with several smaller ones and a 15 inch small mouth!

    I think that the biggun` might be a flathead.
    Still, nice fish.
    That's an interesting palomino colored cat in the back BTW.

              Channel cats have a forked tail, so that's one thing to rule it out. I've never caught a flathead, but that would be my guess also. Nice cat!

                        What kind of water level do you guys find safe for fishing conowingo number of units? I would assume if it's higher you could fish more down stream lapidum etc.

                          I only fish there if they're generating with one or two units. With a couple of units the water level is low but the current is flowing pretty good. Yes lapidum is good even when some gates are open.
