hi kayak fishers,
Having been trout fishing this spring I am out of touch with fishing the Chessie. I wanted to ask advice as to where to target rock this week, preferably not in the main stem as I will be paddling solo. I'm cool to drive 60 or so miles from annapolis....where would you go to increase your chances of getting into some rockfish? I plan to cast and jig plastics. West River, South River, Choptank, Patuxent, Chester?.....Or am I best to wait for the water to cool down?
