First 2015 fish: Top Seakrit lokayshun

My kayak had been sitting inside for over 3 weeks and with the nice weather yesterday, I just had to get out. So, I headed to a top seakrit locayshun for some guaranteed catching. I arrived a little before 8 am and was on the water between 8 and 1130. The bites were steady, but they were pretty light and I was having a little trouble hooking up. I still managed to get into a few good sized fish for the dinner table and ended up bringing home 4. Biggest fish of the day was 26". Bait used included minnows, chicken breast, goose liver, and goose heart, all worked. Ended up being a good day of catfishin, as always at the top seakrit locayshun...

Where are you getting goose livers from? A friend has been making duck liver pâtés and I would be interested in seeing how goose livers would work.
