What did she bite on? I have had luck with topwater frogs and mice, but I hear alot of people have success with soft plastics and spinners.Zach

Nice! One of my favorite lures. I ventured out there last weekend and launched at Occoquan Regional Park, but all I got was 3 rockfish 12"-15" and a 20" channel cat. Very cool river though, I'll be back for sure!Zach

Nice Snakehead. I will make a trip over there pretty soon myself.
-Stripers can be found all the way up the Potomac even past Wilson Bridge. I have caught some as far up as the Wilson Bridge pilings. Have heard of really big fish caught in the deep channels upstream of the bridge certain times of year also.

20150517_093948.jpg Actually made a quick trip over there myself this morning. Could not get any snakeheaads, but got into some fun striper c&r action. Got into about half dozen up to 18".
