Kiptopeke Trip This Weekend

I'm taking an exploratory trip down to CBBT area and camping at Kiptopeke. If anyone is going out let anywhere near there me know. This is a new area for me and would love some pointers. I plan on targeting flounder but am up for anything. Recommendations on areas to target of techniques much appreciated!

If you are looking to stay around kiptopeke, you should be able to find some flounder around the ships jigging gulp

Jig bucktail gulp in 20-30 ft of water by the ships. You'll hit Flounder or Puppy Drum

Did you build your Wood Duck from CLC? I finished mine April 2014. It was my intro to yak fishing, now have a Slayer Propel 10. My first and only boat I ever built.

Thanks for the advise everyone! Caught a 19"flounder just inside the ships this AM. Used a buck tail with cut squid. Plan on trying Gulp tomorrow.
