Rappahannock River and York River

Does anyone fish the Rappahannock or York River for stripers and if so how is the fishing?

I fished the Amoco refinery pier at the mouth of the York this past Saturday night during the outgoing. Lots of small bluefish and small (14") stripers up top in the lights. I saw a couple in the lights that may have been just keeper size but couldn't get them to bite. I lost one probably 21 or 22" striper at the kayak jigging 6" gulp swimming mullet on the bottom. I saw a couple guys in a boat casting the small umbrella rigs and as they were leaving, they said they caught one 36" striper. They are there, but I think it will get better as the water temps drop a little.
