First Sheep!

I found my first sheep of the season this week! I caught the tail end of the high tide just as the tide was starting to pick up. I used lighter tackle with green crab quarters and a small egg sinker. I was able to feel the bites better this way and ended up losing a nice fish on the piling before I caught the one I did.

Nice work! I have not fished over there for a while. Good to see the fish are still hanging around. Hoping for good weather to head down next weekend.

Thanks y'all! Hope to get out this Sunday. Been practicing surf launch/ landings near sandbridge after work. Caught a mess of bluefish today all about 20".
