I've fishing Rudee and Lynnhaven but not Little Creek. Where can you launch a kayak?

I launched from my buddy's house that backs up to the water, but I've recently been told that you can launch from the East Ocean View Recreation Center, 9520 E. 29th Bay Street, Norfolk. How have you been doing in Rudee and Lynnhaven?
