Kayaks fishing near Norfolk?

I headed to a seminar today in Norfolk seen a couple of kayakers underneath one of the bridges like to try this out on my kayak I have Hobie 14 pro angler new to the area are used to live on Chesapeake up in Maryland now in your Williamsburg area
