CBBT Launch points

Anyone know if there is a kayak launch and parking area on N end of CBBT that is closer than Kipto ships boat launch? Alternatively, what is the best launch at S end?

There is none unless the place is private.

Wise point boat ramp is closer to CBBT north end than Kiptopeke. But it's still a very long paddle. http://www.fws.gov/northeast/eastern...at%20ramp.html

South end of the CBBT has a lot of residential neighborhoods that have access to the beach.
