Supposed to be gusts up to 35 tomorrow and my bro and I wanted to go out anyway. Where do you guys go locally where it's somewhat shielded from the wind. I've been in my neighborhood some days and it's perfectly fine, but get over to the reservoir and it's nothing but white caps and can't go out. Pisses me off. Any body have a good alternative spot in N. VA? Thanks.
