Scarce Togs in 39F water, CBBT, Jan 23, 2022

NOAA Buoy info showed that the water temp would be 39 F at CBBT. I expected a possible skunky day. Though the wind prediction was good and the current was supposed to be mild. The air temp would be 29-40F in VA Beach. The air temp didn't matter because my home area temp was under 20 for a while.
So, I fished CBBT one more time.
After about 30 pylons without bites, I felt a bite. There, I fished the very pylon about 45 minutes for 4 under-size togs at 13-15.5 ".
