Do you share?

I wanted to post this here because this pertains to both fresh and salt water.

Do you share patterns with strangers? If you are out on the water, and you are having a killer day...will you share? Not necessarily give them the fly but tell them what is working, maybe even how.

What’s up with posting the same topic in so many forums? This forum isn’t as busy as it used to be, if you think it crosses multiple sub-topics, just post it in the General forum.

As for sharing, yeah I am happy to tell people either way what’s working. Depending on how they ask I may be more brief but if they are nice and enthusiastic I’ll sometimes give them one of the lures/rigs/flies/etc
