So with the drone it's great to view from the air as often Google Earth is
years behind updating, you would think they are current but in remote
areas... lacking. Along with finding the channels and sandbars etc.
to get an insight of a location.

Did you launch the drone from a kayak?
I have a drone for 3 years. I wasn't able to launch from my kayak while fishing. I don't have enough skill to bring the drone back to the kayak safely. So, I am still practicing occasionally. My son does all kinds of drone filming. He lost few drones already in the water, and told me not to launch from the kayak while fishing. I saw videos of professionals from boats, but not one from kayak.

So how do you make fishing video using the drone?
