I saw a post on another forum about how snakehead are crushing anything dark right now. Maybe it's because of these?

I read a report done by Virginia Tech that the stomac contents of over 1000 snakeheads captured as part of a study had killifish remains in them.

Apparently killifish are snakehead candy... Good thing they are a ccommon baitfish.

Wow, those are some good stats. I think it's safe to say that's why they are crushing dark colors....and didn't seem to be hurting the population in Pohick

I'm thinking a black with yellow flake punchin' tube with a weedless jighead tossed around the pads at the end of the outgoing tide in 2ft of water. Maybe some chartreuse dip-n-glow to change it up.
