Was on the water at 0830 hrs. Mostly cloudy. Wind was 15+ mph in the morning but died down in the afternoon. Chops were 1-2 feet. Few boats were out.

Jigged the pilings with a double lure rig (jighead w/ curly tails). Caught sea bass, toads, bluefish, two short flounder (13" and 15") and a speck.

Even though no keeper flounder, got a nice 18" keeper speck.

After a good day of fishing, I then checked in a room and got a good night's rest for my trip to CBBT early the next morning (1 Sep, Sat).

That's a nice collection of fish, especially the speck. I'm still hoping for a keeper in Maryland this year.
