Nice work, gents. Congrats on the nice flathead, Michael. Did you liveline the bluegill on a fish finder rig?

Initially I live-lined the bluegill under an eel float right off the bottom (dropped down, reeled a half turn, set the float) and then let the bluegill drift. I had a nice long slow pull / pulldown but the bobber did not release and the fish let go. It killed the bluegill so I cut it in half, ditched the bobber and dropped it back down. I need to get back out there now that KW is going again.
