Wilson Bridge Catfish

I've always marinated my chicken in garlic overnight too...sometimes purchased pre marinated. Who's to question Catfish Jim?!

Redfish and I went out a few Sundays ago and fished next to each other for a few hours. His chicken was still frozen and since the high temp was going to 33 degrees, I gave hime a bag of plain chicken breast. I took the Garlic ckicken breast and he hit twice as many as I did. I was shocked but couldn't argue with the results.

I have found that Shad hearts work very well, haven't tried chicken hearts.
