I'm real leery about finding tog there now, even though water temp is expected to be in the mid-forties. I've heard reports of tog catches, but the catches were well beyond the 1st island. On the other hand, you could possibly find big stripers.
If I targeted stripers, I'm thinking chances would be just as good around the Bay Bridge, Severn, Thomas Pt, etc.
Tufnik,
The Wind is too strong for CBBT this weekend. I guess I work on enhancing my kayak cart for an Outback tomorrow. I made a rear window attachment today - something similar to yours, for the Outback. I got the suction cups from Redfish. I don't know how you have been carrying your outback. I got to buy a truck.
Yeah, too windy. As much as I want to, I'm not going out this weekend.
Wow, your loader looks pretty sturdy. How does it work?
Here's my loader on the minivan. Been using it for three years so far. Works well for my Outback. One of the cups is beginning to lose suction because of age (wear and tear), so I may have to change it.
