That was a fun catch. I caught one about the same weight last year. It pulled me around a little bit and peel some drag, I set it quite tight though. It also cut my 30 lbs braided while I was trying to get back my frog. I was struggling to get back the frog since it swallow it all the way in. The mouth was big enough for me to put my hand in but I rather not so it get to keep the frog lol.

Abu - you can fish that spot during incoming-high tide if you want to get pull around. I saw someone fishing there on their Hobie the same day.

Sweet fish SH Hunter- a true trophy. I been fishin 20# braid on a rod when there is a chance of getting one but you are now getting me to rethink that. What general body of water did this beast come from?

Definitely the snakehead, they are a different beast compare to the small one from the way they inhale your lure, pull you around, and will definitely cut your line if the lure got too deep inside like mine.
