I have not read this new book but have read And own Bob Clouser’s book and Harry Murray’s books on smallmouth Fishing https://www.amazon.com/Fly-Fishing-S.../dp/0811701735

I liked them both but Bob’s better.

Good read

I don't remember where I first read this interview, but it was just as engaging on the second read. I'd highly recommend reading again in a year

I have always shared that view on deer hair, but I must say, spinning and packing deer hair is a wonderful time...assuming you don't mind a mess. When i'll fish the mouse and rat patterns, I do not know. I guess I have to get on a brown stream after dark sometime.

It's too bad about Lefty's health right now. Wishing him all the best.
