On Wednesday, May 2nd, local fishing icon and valued FSFF member Joe Bruce will share his ample fishing knowledge with a presentation entitled, “Fishing the Delmarva Region”. From snakeheads to stripers, if it has scales and swims Joe can catch it. Joe will describe the wonderful fishing opportunities our region boasts. In addition, he will discuss his well-proven techniques and show you examples of the lures and flies he has developed to help you catch more and larger fish in our local waters.
Joe is an avid kayak angler who both fly fishes and uses conventional gear from his plastic boat. He has perfected the use of articulated lures and flies to put a season's worth of bass and pickerel into his kayak this spring alone.

The door of our Davidsonville, MD clubhouse will open at 7:00 p.m. Members and guests are invited to mingle and socialize until 7:30 p.m. when official club announcements will be made at a brief meeting. Then Joe will take the stage at 7:45 p.m.
There is no admission charge. And don’t forget our 50/50 raffle.
