Humminbird/LakeMaster is now offering High Def maps for all of our Central Maryland lakes including Triadelphia and Rocky Gorge. They can be downloaded individually for $9.99ea.
Note: I attempted to purchase a map, but ran into some problems. I believe there is still a bug in my Humminbird firmware because it did not seem to encrypt my SD card properly. My 688ci HD DI unit is on the compatible unit list and has been updated with the latest v7.52 firmware. I have contacted Humminbird Customer Service about it and will update this thread when I get a response.

03/13/15: Update - Humminbird is still investigating the problem. They are sending me a blank SD card to try. Would be surprised if it fixes anything, but, at least they're trying.
03/15/15: Update - The 16GB SD card that Humminbird sent worked!!! Not sure why my 2GB and 4GB SD cards did not.
03/18/15: Update - I have confirmed w/Humminbird that there is a problem encrypting the smaller SD cards with the 600 series units (Needs to be a 16GB-32GB SD card). So for now I will have to purchase a 16GB card to get the Rocky Gorge map (already got one for free from Humminbird which I used to get the Triadelphia map). Seems excessively wasteful to use a 16GB memory for a 43MB file. Oh well. Hopefully, their software engineers will put a fix in soon and release updated firmware.
