      That is FlytoMap the free app with a GPS feature. Just make sure you turn it off and its not backgrounding or it just eats up the battery. Click the green "Satellite" to get that feature up. It looks like a fan to me.

          Nice custom motor mount! Seeing stuff like that makes wish I knew how to weld and fabricate.
