      The clip is a stainless steel clip from lowes, the locking pulley was part of my Hullavator bow and stern tie down system in which I don't use. I believe the pulley can be order by contacting Thule.

          I also have prepped a new anchor chain, below is a pic of the two Home Depot girls cutting it to length... I was gonna do three of these.. do you think that will be enough or should I do 4?

              Looks like something you might find in the sailing dept at West Marine. Can't say for sure since my feet catch fire anytime I step over the line from the powerboat section...
