Hey guys! Figured I'd share a new vid I made a few weeks ago. I kinda see this as being one of many reasons kayak fishing is awesome!
Hope you enjoy! http://youtu.be/tI2X2H-9vV8
Thanks guys!! Everytime I look back I keep saying "what was I thinking"....then my buddy texts me saying hey we going this weekend......."YUP"! Lol
@cowpokey- we launched in Milwaukee on Lake Michigan. We were chasin steelhead and browns. No steel that day but the browns were in abundance. Hopefully next weekend if the temps drop back to 34-37 degree (water) it'll be hot again!
Haha! I've seen Great Bear Lake with my own eyes...but it was from 37,000 feet on an airplane ride; don't remember what country I was headed to, somewhere in Asia. LOL
Thats pretty awesome stuff. I can't bring myself to yak in the winter but that's mainly because the only thing biting around me is trout and panfish. Catching steelhead and big browns in the winter would probably warm me up much better than bluegills and perch

Great video! Thanks for sharing. Makes me want to drive up there and fish with you guys....
I like the fish grip go pro camera angle
What's the season/time of year that you can successfully target Browns that close to shore?
We are down anytime! Haha thanks...the grip cam!
You're more than welcome anytime!
They start showing up end of sept right at the end of the salmon run. It goes through most of winter as long as there is no ice. They really seem to be hot between 34-40 degree water.
And for any snaggedliners looking for that last minute gift for a buddy, the lucid fish grips (sold on Amazon for $35) are a great investment! Got mine this fall. Solid product. Holds up to salt. Not sure why anyone would go for the way overpriced bogas with these on the market.
