Does anybody have an opinion on whether a large or small snakehead tastes better? I found large rainbows don't taste as good as smaller ones.

For Asian dish, my family like small one. Maybe we're just used to small SH. In Vietnam they never get to grow so big . I'm thinking of keeping one big one this year and try it on the grill

I think a general rule of thumb is small anything tastes better than big anything... I can't think of a fish that tastes better when older / bigger.

I'll bet these things would be a blast to catch on a fly rod. I think a lot of us on this forum are looking forward to fishing for these creatures

I think a lot of them will die because of this very cold winter. It will be even harder to find them this year
