With all the tournaments going around for rockfish, Curleys marina and PAC paddle have though about something different and are joining together and forming a white perch tournament. As of right now, there is only one category; meaning either by boat, shore, or kayak. BUT can change if there is enough interest in the kayak community to make its own division. I am certain kayaks will have the upper hand in this tournament since St. Georges creek offers the perfect habitat for perch, considering the shallow environment and abundance of trees that offer them some cover.

Price is $30 per person
100% of the winnings go to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
PAC paddle is still discussing other potential prizes, so stay tuned.

I am certainly going to be there, as well as a buddy not on this forum.
I can offer lure suggestions, but perch are not picky eaters. If it flashes, they'll get it.

My question to you is, who is absolutely considering coming down. I would like to have our own division, but if we want to show the big boats who's boss. Im all for it.
