I stand corrected...the Striper regulations do not change Monday...it is Tuesday May 16th that a 20 inch fish is a legal keeper- not the 15th of May...

Most rivers still C&R or Closed, some river mouths now open (Chester, Choptank, Pax)
Susky flats open, but 1 fish per person per day between 20 – 26 inches, no live eels
June 1 - Dec 20, 2017
2 fish per person per day between 20-28 inches OR 1 fish between 20-28 inches and 1 fish over 28 inches
