Just wanted to start this thread up, and I will add to it as we get closer to the date. I got the OK from Smith's Marina that we can have our Meet and Greet there, and the cost of launching kayaks is $10/vehicle (not $10 per boat as I thought previously). So, if you want to carpool, you could potentially save a few bucks.

I've never fished that portion of the Severn.

I hope to keep my calendar clear for this M&G.Mark

It's actually pretty roomy and I think it's about as good as it gets for a sit-in, and I've caught a lot of fish in it. Just get the solo skiff between now and then so you can show it off. Or a PA, or a stik boat.
P.S. - Herald Harbour Hideaway is SUPER close to Smiths. I've eaten there with John Veil, may be slightly cheaper (and definitly closer) than RH Roadhaus. Weekdays they open at 4pm, but weekends then open at NOON. Just offering another suggestion... As long as the food is hot and the beer is cold, I dont care where we eat...

I'm definitely going to keep the calendar clear for this one. Round Bay has only yielded one good fish for me in about 5 tries, but I know Pat has had some excellent days there. I'm looking forward to it fellas!Matt
