More often than I care to admit I’ve left Gulp on a jighead after fishing. The next day there’s a shriveled, hardened, indelible piece of plastic laminated on the jighead like it was molded to it. In the past I’ve used various sharp implements to cut the Gulp off or just toss the whole thing in the trash.
With Gulp being scarce, along with jig heads, I decided to try soaking it in a glass of water. To my amazement, after an overnight soak the Gulp was rehydrated and slid right off the jighead. I put it back with its Gulp brothers and plan on using it again. Here it is sliding right off.
