I am pretty much set for my kayak. I may just do some maintenance over the winter. I would like a new GoPro that I can mount behind me over my head and shoulders. Other than that, I am good.

I think I'm all set on fishing gear/tackle... but I may get an overboard to try out next season. I did however buy myself two hooray it's cyber monday gifts - a ram transducer arm so that I can swap my fish finder between any kayak with a 1" ram ball (I have the ram wedge mount for the mast hole so it is really nice to be able to hop in a hobie and have my elsakeectronics ready to go) and the scotty disks for adjusting my rocket launcher to different angles on the fly like a ram tube. I'll give a review on both once I get them in.

mytmouse, the Danco aluminum pliers are nice. I'm on my second pair after I dropped a pair in the ocean. Last time I fishing, I was on my way back to the dock and one of my jig hook snagged in my paddle jacket. Not wanting to rip the jacket I tried to used the pliers to cut off the barb. Not a good idea. The cutters on those pliers are not made to cut hooks. It's a good thing I was wearing sun glasses. The cutter just shattered everywhere. Still like the pliers, great for braid and mono line. I just make sure I have a pair handy to cut a hook if needed.
