Thanks for the kind words, gents. I think fatherhood is going to be a wild, but fun, ride. Every now and then, I get little glimpses of what she's going to be like when she's older. A week or two ago, I think I got my first "Daaaad!" sigh. I suspect there's going to be a lot more of those in 12-15 years.

We've been time walking around the yard and neighborhood on the nice days, so I'm hoping she'll enjoy the outdoors as much as my wife and I do. My father has been eyeing tandem kayaks and the Malibus with the Gator hatch jump seat for kids.
