The launch there is at Occoquan regional park http://www.nvrpa.org/park/occoquan/. You need a Virginia freshwater license above the 95 bridge, I think below the bridge Maryland tidal licenses are reciprocal.

Do I need to do anything for the tidal license since I have the Maryland tidal license then?

no but you need a VA freshwater above the bridge like said above...that is where we will fish for the most part although I am speaking from past experiences and not sure if anyone has different plans.

How did everybody make out this weekend? I decided not to go on Saturday due to the wind, and today was too busy.Next weekend is a long weekend for me, so I am definitely planning to get down to Occoquan next weekend.

I've had a lot of luck with 4# test, 1/16 jig with a red and chartreuse tube.... and some smelly jelly (bass feast scent) of course...

So far I'm still about 80% but should definitely know tomorrow. If not Saturday then most likely Sunday...
