The latest weather from weather.com for Point Lookout State Park is: 3mph winds in the morning going to 7mph by 12 noon. By t 3pm the winds will increase to 10 mph toping off at 14 mph later in the day. No rain is expected with a high temp of 52 degrees.

Wind weather report as of right now looks super! Winds under 10 MPH the whole day, getting to 12 in the evening. The only real problem is that it is blowing from the south (but so light we'll not really notice).

If you have space you can use a sealed Tupperware container.That is what I use for my wallet and phone if I take them. PLUS IF IT FALL IN THE WATER IT FLOATS!

I can recommend the Lifeproof Iphone cases- I have taken a swim with my Iphone and they are just as advertised- waterproof-

Well, I got my 2014 Pro Angler 14 kayak this afternoon. I hope I can splash it with you all tomorrow. I am stuck going out with the wife tonight but plan to continue rigging when we get home later tonight. I may be up late. I hope to get down there before 10:00. This boat is just awesome. I can't wait to fish it.

Got my car and yak loaded. Ready to go. I picked up a hullavator from CL last Friday for $200. So awesome to easily load and unload without bringing my gas guzzling truck every time. This will be my first real outing with the outback too. Looking forward to meeting ya'll.
