I swear I really need to integrate stretching into my pre-launch routine. I don't know if it's just the cold weather or what...but after sitting for a few hours, I began to get leg cramps (quads) after while. It'll also help with flexibility in the kayak which is a necessity when it comes to reaching around for stuff.

Also, there is nothing like walking to get in shape. I do alot of walking in the spring to walk off those winter pounds and limber up.
