Anything I can put on the grill or the smoker.
Explore different places and add more to the list.
Paddle in a snow storm (maybe some time left in 2013 for this one).
Enjoy the salt across the bow, sun on my face... and wind at my back...

        - Fish more with my dad. I have only been taking him out a couple times a year. He loves it. I can do better.
        - Take my niece out fishing and actually catch something. Last couple times, we got skunked. We can do better.
        - Fish more. Whether I catch or not, being on the water in a kayak, on the shore, or in a boat, sure beats most things we spend our lives doing. Nobody ever said on their deathbed "I wish I had fished less".
        - Become more knowledgeable about / active in fisheries/aquatic conservation. I don't have kids and probably won't have any, but I want everybody else's kids to have the same or better opportunities as we do.
        - Fatten Mojo up so I can finally roast him, masgouf-style.

Make it to a meet and greet.

                Catch a snakehead.

Catch fish VA, MD, NC and DE. Did not catch anything in MD last year unless you count the Harry Nice Bridge.

                    My goals for 2014:
                    1. Catch and eat a speckled trout.
                    2. Masgouf a rockfish at home.
                    3. Introduce at least 1 more friend to kayak fishing.

My extended goals for 2014 or beyond:
                    1. Get a hobie.

To lose less fish due to learning to tie better knots &/or using heavier line
To install Yakima roof rack (still in box)to haul my kayak easier
To rig my W w/Minn-Kota trolling motor( which I have)
To purchase battery charger for the FF&trolling motor
To install FF ( which I have) and use it instead of fishing blindly
To catch & release additional species: tog, triggerfish, smbass, walleye, pickerel, shad, trout, bowfin,
                      To catch a citation fish
To catch a keeper striper from the kayak
To meet& fish w/ more snaggedline members
To fish again w/ those snaggedline members with whom I've met already
To fish the Susky Flats & explore other new areas
                      To demo the pedal vessels
To shoot a snakehead via bowfishing
To flyfish more often from my yak
                      To kayakfish atleast 1x/month
                      To attend 2 M&G

My goal is to get out more. With a little one at home it's not easy but I hope to find a little time. The susquehanna is close for me too so that will probably be my only stomping ground for 2014. Hope to meet up at least once.
