this weekend looks bad no kayak but its ready now maybe the 23rd. fishing from hog point is outstanding 4 of us limited out by 10am last year none under 30" and the guys that came after us caught some in the upper 30s

What are you gonna use for bait? I often catch and use spot, but I don't think they're in yet. I heard guys use bloodworms. I don't think I ever saw them plugging there.2015 Hobie Outback (yellow)

yes bloodworms, most anglers there are soaking bws on the bottom and its effective. the whole point is wrapped in rocks and if not too many people fishing throwing plugs might work if they are close but usually most hits are 80-100yds out. 5-6oz lead, 5-8/0 ch hooks and a fat juicy bw watch out for the blood spatterOriginally posted by tufnik View Post
