Trout is decent, not as tasty as snakehead for me though.

Trout is decent, not as tasty as snakehead for me though.

My family don't like the normal size trout either. They'll eat the big one if I fillet it and cook like salmon. My family like firm texture fish; SH, crappie, bass.

I tried smoking the trout but I'm not good at it, so I don't really like the result either. I will try again with an electric smoker
