How bout an American Shad? Not that it's huge, but it's a start. After having trouble with the tape/camera hold, I managed to slide the tail just at the 17" mark. 4-14-12
I had an incredible day last fall in PA. Caught about 30 smallies. It was incredible, they were feeding on shad like pattern and caught all on suspended soft baits except one which I caught on a suspending Rapala.

What was the largest and I'll add it to the leaderboard?
I recall the largest one of the day being just shy of 20" and right at 4.5lbs. Had a friend take pictures of the fish but we didn't take any while on the measuring board.
Moc had one with the leader in hand at the side of his yak in Mattawomen creek. It spit the hook but I would call it a clean release. Had to be at least a 34" to 36" I think he got video of it.

Everyone should believe in something... I believe I'll go fishing.
I think I've got a new category: Northern Pike.
I caught my very first one on the Finger Lakes this past weekend, 24". It's not a giant, but no one's claimed one yet

I would like to submit my 13-1/8 " white perch caught in mayo and registered @ Marty's a week or so ago. Went on line to dnr as instructed, guess they will send something in the mail?
