I like cut white perch on a spin-n-glo.....of course works best with current. I also look for hard bottom areas

I usually find the fresher the better. If I'm going for blue cats, I try to head to the local stormwater basin for fresh bluegill the day before. Even better if you can manage to catch a few small WP while youre fishing, use them as bait.
