I went to Mattawoman Creek today- first fish to break the ice was a snakehead- it ate a Real Target Frog- I quit counting after catching bass number 13- I had one super fish that threw the frog while I was reaching for it's mouth at the side of the yak- several of the bass were 2-3 pounders but most were about a pound or so- still fun to catch- amazing fish- The buzz baits were not working today- small square lip crankbaits were deadly-

I always fish from Slavings in Maryland. I just go my kayak a few days ago and I have been there the two times I've taken it out. I caught a lot of bass the other day when I was out. It's a good place to fish from just a little dirty.
