ComeOnFish gets his first pickerel

Great to here people are eating pickerel. Most of the forums turn their nose at eating pickerel like they are poison. When I fish loch raven, the majority of the fish I catch are pickerel instead of bass. Next time I might bring a stringer!

I always try not to go by the "mainstream taste buds" . A lot of good fish go unnoticed because people are too picky about too many bones or "too strong of a flavor."
If it has scales, I like to try it!
