Hi Alan. It's not perfect, but it gets me to the eastern side. It's a little under a 1/2 mile walk + 25 yds of sand. The walk isn't bad with a cart, but the sand is a pain at the end of the day when you're tired. I'm looking into getting a cart with more sand friendly wheels which should help things. Additionally, the beach is pretty crowded in the summer afternoons which adds to the difficulty when dragging the kayak back to the main path. Again, a sand friendly cart should help a lot.

Hi Mustafa-According to my gps it's a little over 1 mile 'as the crow flies' to the deeper part of the pipe that has been productive for me recently.
