Thanks Ryan! I'm gonna try that sometime to change it up. I'm hoping to get out tonight crabbing. One of the perks of the coastal bays - crabbing after dark! It's almost no fair it's so easy to scoop them off the bank for a quick half bushel.
Get one blue fish, this one courtesy of Ron today. Almost too big.
Filet and cut out bloodline to leave two beautiful white meat filets.
Cube the meat, add soy sauce, hot sauce (I used Korean bean paste), sesame oil, sesame seeds and normally some chopped scallions but I didn’t have any so cilantro instead. Eat immediately.
