    Im there...

Planning to leave Friday morning... maybe fish Friday before the Capt's Meeting (Not sure where or for what)

Staying : Not sure, maybe sleep in my car/tent. Planning to stick with the group wherever we end up (Pinch, Redfish12)

Fishing the Tournament : Planning to follow Pinch because he's been there. I think I should stick to flounder since I did it all summer.

          I'm in.

Staying at the hotel where the captain's meeting is.

I'm debating Lynnhaven Inlet where you can catch everything but it wil be crowded or follow the rest of the crowd here if feasible.

I think Jack is doing CBBT? I was also looking at launching at Wise Point Boat ramp and do the fisherman inlet but I never been there.

I'm heading down there Thursday morning if anyone is going to do any fishing before the tournament. I'm staying at a hotel a couple minutes from where the captains meeting is. I have done alright at the HRBT so I may fish there for the tourney, but I haven't completely made up my mind.

Looks like we have two threads on this.

I may be able to go, depending on my work schedule.

When are you guys going down?
Are you going to the Captain's meeting? Where can we meet there?
Where are you launching from on Saturday?
Are you guys going to the meal/banquet Sat night?
Anyone planning to fish Sunday too?

Anyway, if I can work the schedule, I hope to leave around noon Friday.

I've never fished there before either. So, HRBT might be a good start. Not sure about following Pinch on a 4-mile trek.

Pinch, is it still up in the air about your launch site? HRBT Willoughby? CBBT Boat Launch?

I'm down there for work w-f and plan on fishing hrbt Thursday night if possible. I'm thinking eastern shore to avoid crowds on Saturday

So, HRBT Willoughby will be crowded? Will parking be a problem?

Where's eastern shore and where do you launch from?

Hrbt, lynnhaven, and rudee probably the most popular. If you do hrbt I would launch from fort Monroe. You can launch from marina there for $5 or the free spot before fort monroe for free. The marina puts you closest to the tunnels and Hampton bar.

Eastern shore is across the cbbt. Think wise point ramp or kipopeake

I am heading down Friday morning.

I was thinking if people wated to meet up for the drive down, Bass Pro Shop on 95 south exit 89 might be a good place to meet up.

Fishing will depend on weather, the wind has been a huge factor th last two years.

I am heading to Kiptopeake Saturday, it is still the only place I have fished down there. Go with what you know, right.
