Since I've taken the reigns back on the Feb M&G, I'll get the thread re-started. Please let me know if you definately plan to attend.
Reports are beginning to improve that the fish are showing up in the area:

When: February 23, 2013, launch between 9 and 10 am but feel free to launch earlier if you like
Launch: Jean Roberts Memorial park (located in Havre de Grace between the route 40 and commuter train bridges)
Alternate Launch: Owens Marina, Perryville, MD - some people may prefer to launch here, but I believe the launch fee is $10 (located directly accross the river from jean roberts)
Lunch: 2pm Tidewater Grille, Havre De Grace http://thetidewatergrille.com/
Popular baits/lures: Minnows, nightcrawlers, small soft plastics
