The weather is shaping up to be great for Saturday. So far the winds are east at 6 mph, mostly sunny skies, with daytime temperatures ranging from 68 to 86 degrees. High tide is at 4:26am and 4:48pm. Low tide is at 11:36am. We could not ask for any better weather. Just to recap, here is the list of who is coming. We have 23 or more definitely coming and several that are tentative! :

We will be launching at 6:30am. I have included a map illustrating where to park. Please do not park in the restaurant parking area in the morning. Also, since the owners and motel patrons stay there, try keep your voices down in the morning. For lunch, we have reservations for 12:30pm for outdoor seating on the water overlooking the Poplar Island Narrows. Since we are having such a great turn out, we will be having two Bucket Of Lure drawings. So there will be two Winners! So if you wish to participate in the drawings, do not forget to bring a lure or fishing related item to drop in the bucket at lunch.

Great question! I'm hoping there won't be any traffic. Planning to leave home at 4:30am, should put me at the bridge around 5am.

BB traffic going eastbound shouldnt be a problem earlier in the morn.
I think it starts backing up later in the morn as beachgoers try to arrive by noon... So I would expect brakelights after 9 am. Have fun, unfortunately, I cannot make it this time.
