Launched from the 225 bridge around 0630 this morning on an outgoing tide. Pretty good bite while the tide was running but it died off as the sun got higher. Ended up with 2 rock at 14 and 16 inches, around a dozen bass, 2 snakeheads including my new pb at 32 inches, a handful of yellow perch, and 2 herring??? Most bass and the snakeheads came on a chartreuse chatterbait with a white paddle tail trailer run over and along the channel edges. The spatterdock is just starting to come up and there is a new tree across the river you need to portage around if you launch from 225. I'm guessing the fish in the last photo is a herring???
