Nice job pinch. Went out on Seneca today and landed one and got on hook about 5 others. Never doing this track on the potomac, i just dont know. need a lesson on tide charts. Says stage 6, i am assuming 6 above normal. maybe wrong. Will call kegs back on way to NCAA lax championships and discuss. Maybe monocracy if this seems to risky. We know that is cool. Will post more later. Steve where were you today?

Nice. No we will. Did it seem dangerous to you. I love the trill of a river but dont want to lead others to a bad situation.

well, the river was moving however there were several other kayaker out there (not fishing though). the only way to really fish it is to fishing the breaks in the currents around the islands, bridge, and fallen trees. Working up into these spots is tricky.

We are going to drive to POR and determine. if it rough then we will hit monocracy. Kinda play by ear.

Thats the plan as of now. Hope we can get out on potomac but not worth it if its to rough. I have done some rapids before so not to worried about that. Just speed of water and ability to fish it. Put anchor thing on last night so hope it holds.

Well after a look at the Potomac Sunday morning, it was decided for a lazy cruise along the monocracy. Fish were biting but just some small ones. Pinch caught a good size cat off a spinner and Kegs got about a 12 in bass off a lizard i believe. In all was a good day but still want the Potomac trip.
